Sport Trac cluster - MODDED blue (CA)
Wanted to see if there's any interest in this gauge cluster. It's from a 4x4 manual Sport Trac.
I have modded it blue with 2 layers of blue transparency film, which gives it a nice looking blue glow. If you don't want blue you can just take the film off the back of the overlays and do what you want. I used transparency because I was getting crappy results with glass paint.
The film is attached to the back of the overlays with pieces of clear packing tape. And I made sure not to overlap the readouts with the tape. The overlays are stuck to the cluster with double sided tape.
The catch is that the needles are disassembled. I will let the buyer complete the process of putting the needles back on, I'm guessing you'll probably be more comfortable being in control of that step anyway. I'll just put the needles in a bag. You also get your choice of needles, I have a set of orange and a set of white.
Also, I have two tach'ed clusters that can be used for this, your choice. One has black numbers on white background and reads 160,848. The other has white numbers on black background and reads 119,700.
And you get your choice of bezel colors, I have black and dark graphite.
This will come with the STOCK light bulbs.
I'm selling it because I decided the blue is not for me. Looking to get $85 + shipping.

i don't, sorry but i did have it installed briefly and at night it's a 'normal' looking blue....it's on par with other pics of blue clusters you'll find around this forum.
if you're wondering why I had it installed and now its taken apart again, it's because i forgot to add the blue to the 'mph' letters, so I had to go back in and do that, but at that time I also decided that I wanted to stick with green.
