scuffed (sanded) '04 OEM factory bed rails - NC
Rails were chrome. I got tired of the chrome, so I lightly sanded them, and sprayed them black until I could get something else. I used minimum prep work, so I knew the paint would eventually chip off.
I dont feel like painting them again, so Id like to get rid of them. Most of the paint is still intact on each rail. Some paint in process of peeling off.
This is a good start for somebody wanting different color OEM bed rails. I think rails need more grinding/sanding and better prep work for paint to stay on longer (I didnt even use primer)
Best picture I have of the rails. Will get more later this week or weekend by request.
Will ship on buyer's dime. Everything in good shape.
Make me an offer.

Thanks KLC.
Ryan it will be sometimes this weekend before I can get a quote on shipping. I will also post up all pictures of the mounting hardware as well.
Please take note that the bars are not intended for heavy tie-down points (says the sticker before I removed it) But these things look great!

Got a round about figure on shipping. Its gonna be about 60-ish shipping to NJ. Thats probably on the high end though, and that price is not accurate.

some more pics of the rails and mounting hardware.
you can see here where the paint started peeling off (lack of prep)
Sand or strip the paint off and prep it nicely, repaint and tada!!
plastic caps
Here is some of the mounting hardware. This stuff is a soft rubber material with a metal plate in it for the bolt. You can see where, after the bolt was tightened, it pulls the soft material up into and forms into the hole on the top of the truck bed.
Has a little bit of rust on them, but it cleans up nicely.
some more mounting hardware
Rubber gasket thing that goes beneath the plastic caps (these also clean up nicely)
Just wanted to post some good pictures so you guys will see what you are getting when buying these things.
