5. Pioneer Avic N3.. with everything needed to install. I had the unit shipped away and repaired(screen didnt work). Now, the audio outputs (for amps) has speaker wine. What i have found (never tested) is the built in amp is fine and it only affects the amp outputs. But, there is a company in chesapeak, va that can fix it for 75 dollars (i can give you their number). Other than that, this unit funtions properly. Was a 1400 dollar unit new. Can be had for 550 shipped on ebay.. selling for 210 shipped. I dunno if i can find the manuals but the brain box, harness's, gps and ipod box are included. The unit is bypassed

also, i have a set of stock ranger headlights... good for the headlight mod. The mounting adjuster on one light is broken. if anyone is intrested ill post pics

 

The Whine maybe typical amp whine from cheep RCAs and poor ground wires. My .02

 

nope. I am no noob to car audio lol. I had 200 dollars in rca cables in my truck. i went through all grounds and replaced both rca cables with 20 dollar rockford ones. It made no difference.

When i replaced the headunit, the noise went away

Avic units only have a 2.2v output that can allow for noise still but internally the preamp may have a bad ground. Hope it sells there nice looking units,

anything wrong with the mp3 head unit? fit a 2000 ranger? if still have it thursday i call dibs if so

 

the factory headunit worked great when i took it out. That was 2 years ago. its been sitting in my basement since.

i have no idea if it will for sure.

i dont have a ranger. no way to test. it was working last time it was in so i dont see why it wouldnt work
