I don't understand the point of this 'harness'. All it is is another set of wires to go in between the bulb and OEM plug. That doesn't/shouldn't affect the capabilities of stronger bulbs, right? Or am i completely overthinking this? If it really works, I might be interested if it will help with an HID kit.
