2006 or later power mirrors

I'm interested in buying some 2006 mirrors for my 2004 Ranger
I'd like to get the ones with the chrome at the top for the XLT, but if the chrome can be added on later it doesn't matter.

Here is where i bought mine, You can get the power ones with chrome and black caps for like 110 shipped to your door
