I have an 8.8 rear axle that i was going to throw under my truck to replace the 7.5 i've got but i have decided that im going to go disc brakes instead. 8.8 with 4.10 open diff. recently sand blasted, primered and sprayed flat black, looks brand new.

Only 2010+ Ranger 8.8's have disc brakes. Explorer's are a different story. Either way, they are all fairly easy to convert over.
