i love how you and everyone else on this ****ing sit that live 1000s of miles away know all this **** about my truck. the only person that has ever been under my truck that is on here is jason.
how does everyone think beard and anyone else on this sit or anyone for that reason that has done there own sas or any serious custom mods to there truck learned how to do it. Beard him self has said "i like the trial and error". they ****ing taught them selfs. they made mistakes and had to fix it. so **** off im tired off all your negative **** it was better when you werent here .
its seems to be amazing that the toyota trucks have a sas kit there there different. hmmm i just dont get it how they can do but everyone is afraid to spend a little time and get a generic kit made for the rangers.

Sorry, I just have a lot of info to bring to the table, and have performed things most haven't even though about. I'm a guinea pig for most people on here, and i'm ok with that as long as i'm helping people out along the way.
Toyota's didn't change their chasis like the rangers did. That's why they're so universal. They also have a stronger axle for using as a SFA, better stronger, and rebuildable transfer case, easily doubled, and stronger 4cyl than the ranger. So yes, this is why people put more time into making these kits. How many rangers do you see on trails vs. toyotas? Part of the reason they started making kits is because the toyota was sold with a SFA up until the end of 85. So all people had to do was buy the kit from 86 on to convert. If you spent some time reading, you would know this. So stop comparing apples and oranges here. The ranger was never offered with a SFA, hence why no one has ever made a "bolt on" kit for one. Plus without a kit, it leaves it open to WAY more possibilities for suspension options.
/end hack. Sorry nick.

Trevor FTW!
Also, I think by not having a kit, it allows for more learning to happen by the user. Like everyone else has said, they learn by trial and error, and if you take the T&E out of the equation, and make it dummy-proof, then people won't learn as much.
hell, I live my life by trial and error... can be expensive at times, but i learn a lot, and have fun while im at it too.
