Shortbed?

I have a 93 with a long bed..I do not like the way it looks at all and was wondering if anyone has ever swapped a long bed for a short bed? I am willing to put time and money (shouldn't cost too much) into this..I have been thinking about the mods I will have to make such as driveshaft, brake lines, parking brake cable, gas tank and short leaf springs. I hate the way long beds look, I will never have to tow or haul much and I know how to modify chassis so moving the rear end 6 inches foward on the frame won't be difficult, let me know what you guys think!

the long bed in my honest opinion is the best ranger to have. my long bed is also a 93. Do you also have the crappy fiber composite mono leaf springs?

I'd keep what you have or trade it for what you want.

The ranger frames come apart right behind the cab. You could do this but it would be easier to just trade.

I want to do something similar, but a long bed extended cab.
