It is just diamond plate aluminum that I bent up to where I liked it. Aluminum is really easy to work with.

The gauges are stainless overlays from US Speedo, but I didn't leave the stock gauges underneath the overlays so it isn't green

 

Also are those ford handcuffs??? Cause i want some

Nope, S&W cuffs. I just stuck a Ford magnet on them so I wouldn't lose it.
