Depends on what year 1.8T but should be 200-230HP
No, they would be custom motor mounts, so you would need to design what you need and have a metal fabricator cut it out, because its a 4cyl you may need a cross brace in engine bay as well, as engine width won't reach from one frame rail to the other
If your 1990 Ranger is a 4cyl it would already have the cross brace but might not be in the right place
Transmission mount shouldn't be an issue, you should be able to move the current mount forward or back on the frame rails then shim it down, or shim the trans mount up, so you can go either way, higher or lower as needed

Ok it is a unique build and I have a cross bar in the bay it had the 2.9l in it
