i just logged on my names nick i have a 99 ranger xlt 4x4 will plug and play chips work in my truck 60 hp 4/6 mpg 89.00 bucks

Welcome to the forum

No, they won't

If your MPG is lower than expected change the O2 sensors, they are the only sensors that wear out, 12 years or 100k miles and they should be replaced
