These are RippinFx4's... I believe they're stock 98+ Super Duty with Recon lenses...
As far as opinions, I like 'em. Except I only like OEM ones like the one I posted above. Not only can they be upgradable(lenses), but they're somewhat plentiful and replacement parts are easily findable. Plus...OEM look is nice. The ones in the OP pic just look horrid IMO. I was actually going to do the Super Duty ones but then I got hell bent on getting a visor with the lights on 'em.

Hey like you said its just drilling, the shape of the lights matches the roof so they meet up seamlessly. just take your time with the lay out and make some templates. then drop the headliner and start drilling carefully. watch out for all the medal shavings!!!!! lots of towels to cover dash and all over the hood and roof, their very sharp.
