Yeah, but the coolness factor in Bob's switch is a 10 out of 10. It looks stock, it works, and it has the right icon on it to relate!

I still haven't put on the bezel with the extra light switch yet, much less that.

When I go to the new bezel, there will be a rotary switch where the rear wiper was to control the new ECTED. OFF (open), AUTO (mild LS in DRIVE, LS with more bias in 2, and locked in 1), and LOCK. I may or may not put a concentric pot to control the bias in one of the positions, don't know yet.

That's pretty damned sweet! Imagine when/if he sells the thing. Can you imagine the writeup in the listing? "Many mods, must see"

They did the first time they saw it because they claimed to have never worked on a Level II before. Now, they just accept whatever they see as more Level II stuff. I took it in with the Explorer steering wheel, EATC and overhead console. They didn't even flinch. "Wow, I didn't know you get all this stuff on a Ranger!"
Duh...

Ha ha! My guys knew it didn't belong there -- they just couldn't believe I'd done it. They asked me why I didn't just buy an Explorer, lol!
