'06 XL cupholder

Ive noticed that the '06 XL has a cupholder attached to the front of the middle seat on the 60/40 bench and was wondering how easy that would be to install on a 05 model or earlier. It looks as though it should clip right in or something but does anyone have any experience with how it attaches? The best look I got was through a window at a dealership and they were closed. It would be nice to have some extra storage right there in front of the seat. Any help would be appreciated.

I thought they moved the cupholders down there in the middle of the bench after 2004?

The front of my seat has two black plugs so I am assuming the seat is already predrilled for the cupholder. I am going to call the dealership and see how much they want for one. If its cheap I may experiment.
