Whats up guys, new to the site and just got a new 08 ranger

Whats everyone, just recently got an 08 Ranger XLT, stripped down 2.3. I would like to have gotten more in it but put myself in a bad position with my last truck i had. I still realy like the truck and im not really missing to much, lookin at it as an opportunity to customize. If anyone knows and good sites to pick up good aftermarket parts I would realy appriate it, I found some but not many. Would also like anyones opinion on en exhaust for the 2.3 I'm not sure how it will sound. And also if anyone knows where I can find the stock 08 fog lights to put in. Thanks guys

welcome. theres numerous upgrades available for you for turbo kits to engine swaps have fun with it and check into every option.

I have magnaflow catback duals on my 2002 2.3L.. basicly sounds like a fart can..

about the end of the vid you can hear it..

most of the parts on my truck are from ebay/junk yards/stylintrucks.com/jcw.com..

Howdy! Congrats on the new truck. Check out StuffForYourRanger.com and ModBargians.com. Ebay is great too. As for exhaust get ya a FlowMaster Super 40 or regular 40.

Just got myself a 2008 ranger as well and also interested in exhaust. Don't want a lot of noise just more performance, does adding an exhaust to the 2.3 add much for power or is it more for sound purposes?

I just recently found a site that offered factory fog lights that they said fit the 08's but it turned out they didnt fit and the dealer wants a ton of money for them with no wiring at all. I wanted stock because i knew they would fit right but maybe im better off with aftermarket. any suggestions?
