Hey all
my names Jon & i'm 16, a junior in high school. I have a red 03 ranger XL, base everything, no luxuries. It wont be paid off for a while, so i'm stuck enjoying my 2.3 5 spd. I have hooked up fog lights in the back for reverse lights, did the driving light blinker mod, and am about to shave my badges. those are basically all the mods i've done so far.
I had to get a truck for my job, i work at a nursury. I had a 91 S10 before, but i decided i didn't like it and flipped it. great story there if anyone wants to hear. Thats basically it. Oh i bought this ranger wrecked, it was crushed in on the passenger fender & door, i had to buy a new fender & learned to bondo on the door, its looking good, just need a new grille. I will get it painted this summer to finish the job.

I'll take some pictures when i get home from school today, if i can find my camera.
Well the story starts over the summer when my parents didnt exactlty like the girlfriend i had. So i always had to sneak out to see her (she lived a half hour away). one day i got the brilliant idea to go out there and chill with her then just tell my parent i was going to a buds.
After we hung out and jazz i took her home, and went and picked up my friend jake to go over to my buds house. As we were drivng on a small gravel road, that had just been re-graveled, my front right tire slipped into a ditch. I WAY over corrected and fishtailed all the way around and hit the opposite ditch, flipping twice and then landing right side up about 2 feet off the ground.
It was quite scary, the cab was crushed pretty good, but both me & jake had on our seat belts, no damage done. If his head had went to the right instead of the left he would have been dead, no doubt. So its pretty much a miracle we didnt get hurt.
Yoyu can imagine what my parents thought and stuff. i wasn't supposed to be out that way and then ended up crashed there... not a fun talk. lol

first off... i consider my best friend my brother cause blood wouldnt make us any closer. but any way....
my brother and i took his dads 06 Acura TL out for a ride and he was showing off and tried to take a rather sharp turn at approx. 45mph. i knew he wasnt going to make it when i realized what he was going to do.
long story short he cut the wheel, car slide sideways, hit the curb, and the car almost went on its side.
now the twist....
he didnt have a license. the car was a lease, and his dad was coming home in 36hrs.
$4600 in damages.
about 2 months later, a lady ran a stop sign and hit my 96' ranger at the same turn.... $2300 in damages.
