Hello, My name is Phillip, 19, work at Academy Sports and Outdoors in El Paso TX. Um, I just recently got a 99 Ford Ranger XLT, 3.0, v6, hunter green and has 105k miles. And yeah, cant wait to get to know everyone and learn more about the ranger as i go along .

i will soon haha, came with it when i bought the truck about a week and a half ago. planning on getting some mud terrains. and its only 2wd, so 4x2 i guess?

Here's what you need to consider...

Buy clear headlights and corner lights, get rid of the ugly brown pinstripe, lose the mudflaps (easy 5 minutes to do), and pickup a decent set of wheels/tires.

Not saying you need to lift it or lower it....but clean it up. I've had a soft spot for clean green trucks, and there aren't many.

i agree with everything you said haha. but i am planning on painting it black one day, then do a white pinstripe. i may lift, but not anytime soon because family will get pissed and they were very nice and got me the truck. so ill follow their rules for a lil bit :P. new tires i will get soon, mud terrains. i want to get fender flares and new set of mudflaps, but very expensive for the flares :/... i was thinking of doing the dark cover theme with my lights, so itll look sweet once i paint it black. and yeah :P
