Wait mothers day is May 8th that's the weekend before the meet. So I'll be good to camp. I got permission from the wife.

 

ok so i went to BJs and check prices for another way we can do this and make it easier.
I buy everything, meats, buns, chips, soda, plates and then every single person gives me say $5 to put in for it all.
ok so i only found a 16 pack of burgers and it was $16 so i say one 1 package of those cus they are expensive.
theres a pack of hot dogs with 30 dogs for $10.
1 pack of hotdog buns has 16 buns and its $2
1 pack of burgers buns has 16 buns and is also $2
1 box of soda either mt. dew or dr. p is $10 with 32 sodas each.
i can get 2 chip bags for $6 together.
150 paper plates was like the smallest one but it was only $10.
napkins are $7 and theres a lot but i forgot how many.

so i think 2 hotdog packages, 1 hamburger package, 1 burger bun pack, 3/4 hot dog bun packages, 2 soda boxes(1 dr pepper, 1 mountain dew), 1 dual package of chips(2 bags), 1 box of plates, 1 package of napkins.
20+16+2+6/8+20+6+10+7=$89 and we can divide that by every single person so everyone chips in.
awesome! i should be able to know, mom has to say yes though haha. ill tell everyone else to and we should be able to! o and no need to get hot dogs, read above!

Sure wish your future plans would include a "meet and greet" down closer to south Florida.

Downtown Zephyrhills is down the road a little ways so if we did do dinner we could have a night cruise through downtown. Maybe find a local Winghouse or Hooters... Oh and there is a salvage yard down the road to if anyone needs some parts..
