I'll be in okechobee this weekend. My cousin lives just down the rd from the big mud fest. There are mud fests every month by the way. L-cross and plant bamboo.

 

Bamboo is crap ( literally its what they find in the water samples)...
L-Cross is only good at adult weekends.... Has been a few others around here and the one up by the old dirt track has been the best one since they stopped doing the big one. Can't wait for it to open back up though... That or the one in Keenansville ( Muddi-gras) those are the best two in the area...
I live 8 miles from the original one on Hwy 70...

 

I've only been to L-Cross, Underhills (plant bamboo), and Redneck Yacht Club. And out of those 3 RYC is BY FAR the best. Very well organized, pretty good entertainment, Tug-o-war sucked becasue they park the trucks on the slap in front of you so then you cant watch and see whats happening with the pulling trucks. But other than that real nice place.

the only thing I liked about Plant Bamboo is they are always open and it's nearest my house.

 

RYC has more "trails" . Which = more fun for the skinny wallets... lol. Some of those tug trucks are insane, more in tires than my truck was worth new...

 

Ya I would agree that plan bamboo is a sh** hole but it's still a mud fest. My cousin is really good friends with the owner of the the big one on 70.

 

Anyone interested in making this a 2 day meet?

 

I'm available until Feb 19th for a meet, have to fly back to Papau New Guinea for work and I don't know when I will be back...

 

A couple of us are gonna ride up to palm city next month on the 12th for a mini meet with Pat if you wanna join. He's taking us somewhere to wheel and take pics.

I go to rancho almost every weekend. It's pretty fun lots of trails and mud. I'm normally on the atv though never really taken my truck out. I'll probally got out there this weekend I'll take pic if you guys want.

maybe some time man, blueranger06 and mark(my truck big bro) are coming up to melbourne and going to the places by here and i will get tons of pics so we can compare the two and see which one we like best. probably do one of ours in may and then maybe fall or something get the big meet again for the oposite place we did from the may meet. unless we find another sweet place to go then we are screwed and aint enuff time but ya maybe a mini meet with coupl of us sometime

Anyone close to Inverness? I was running the trails up there last weekend. Some were not really friendly for anything bigger than an RZR but we managed to make it through fairly well in the Jeeps. I'd like to run some more trails and find better spots to play in sometime if anyone is up for it.
