I woudl recommend hitting 205 north/south (depending on location) to 84 east to get to Blue Lake..

Less traffic, 205 is an easy drive, and you wont have to hit the dreaded Portland I5/84 area.. it sucks down there, lol




And sucky - I had to remove both my front KC's because of a spinning nut makign it so I couldnt tighten down one half of one of the mounts...

Shane, you or yoru bro happen to have a little welder that can do a quick tack on this thing? Its a tough spot to reach... but I gotta get this thing not-spinning.. or else I'll just drill it out, sleeve the hole, and bolt on both sides of the piping

 

I would just take 84, it,s a direct shot to the park. I-5 isn't that bad on saturdays..

oh wait a minute a forgot that their working on some of the bridges to repave, it might get a little congested towards downtown before the 84 split..

 

I already planned on not going anywhere NEAR I-5.... 205 it is!!!

And Shane, I think my corners are coming from a s/c truck... hehe

 

I'm just about to leave for Tacoma, in like 15 minutes. I also have a GPS but I think I'll just follow everyone else down, it'll be sick on the freeway with all the rangers.

 

Well.. just babied up my truck a bit - waiting for the tire cleaner to dry.. then its off to Blue Lake for me!

Quick 35~ minute drive down 14 then 84 west.. so I should be there right around noon 15 or so!

 

im soo queer! i just got off work...

 

Jjust got home.. fun fun! Lots of people - nearly hit an infamous mark where Shane would have been forced to gather up some extra moolah for a group package crap thing at the park - I guess they dont like "car shows" there.. its okay though, between Jeremy and Shane they smart talked there way out of it pretty good
