I think camping alone is 140? For 4 days.

I'm sure I'll bring a 100$ worth of food then spend another hundred there.

Fuel is what burns me. It will take two tanks of diesel to get there. One tank of gas per day in the ranger then two more tanks of diesel home. That's like 400 in diesel alone plus 180 in gas at current prices. Blah.

 

so when i get fri sat at the campground that means till 11/noon sunday when i have to be packed up and gone off the campground right?

 

yes, check in is 3pm-ish on friday. so you would be on site from 3pm friday til 11 sunday.

You don't have to checkin at exactly those times. You are just paying for that time slot.

 

yup. those two times are the earliest (3pm) and the latest (11am) that you can be in the room/campsite.

if you were to pack the night before and bring it to work with you. the earliest you could be there would be like 7-730pm. i think yogi's camp grounds close the gate at like 10. i showed up last year and rob had to meet me at the gate since "no visitors" were allowed. since you would be there around 7-8 you would be fine.

 

Cool.. the only other thing that pisses me off is need to be 21 to rent campsite.. come one now..

yea, you don't have to be 21 to rent it but there has to be a 21 year old on site to watch after you kids..... :) so in theory WE could rent a site under YOUR name and all would be good as long as you didn't go rock star on the site.
