You need more levarage. I don't know how much room you have to work with...but try a breaker bar. Or get some sort of hollow metal tubing, put it over the socket wrench and turn slowly.

Already got a big pipe I'm using.

Push down on the seat or put weight in the seat while you are trying to loosen the last bolt. The seats will lean when all but one attachment point is removed and this will put added pressure on the remaining bolt, making it harder to remove. Tis a thought.
I tried putting all of the other bolts back on and just removing that bolt, still didn't move.

don't know if you're still working at it or not, but i've always had good luck with letting some penetrating oil (somethin more than wd40) sit overnight. hope whatever you do works out for ya. good luck!
I'm thinking I gotta just try something stronger then wd40. I haven't tried on that bolt yet today, so maybe overnight it loosened up. I'll find out pretty soon here though

Yeah, it's not wanting to move at all regardless of what I do to it. What is strange to me is that the other 3 came right off with little work involved, but this 4th one (it on inside part of the seat in the rear) just will not even budge at all. I've more or less given up for now and put all the other bolts back in. Don't know what else I can do other than getting something better than wd40 to try and loosen that bolt. On the drivers side too, the two rear bolts aren't really budging, but I didn't spend a whole lot of time trying to get those out as I wanted to start with the passengers side. The bolt looked kind of rusted underneath so it's probably just rusted on. Guess I'm kinda SOL right now.

Jeez don't give up that easy. Get some real tools and put a 5/8's impact socket on the end of an air impact wrench. It'll pop it right out, I promise.

My uncle has an impact wrench, but he's about 75 miles away. I put the bolts back on for now because well, I don't like driving around with a passenger seat with only 1 bolt holding it on. Also, it's been like 98 degrees here and extremely humid and working in a stagnant garage sucks. I'm just going to hold off until I get a better socket and something better than wd40.

Would ACO carry that as that's the only hardware store close to me here. We got a Menards and a Sears farther out too...

Damn, and my uncle has a ton of that stuff too. Kinda pisses me off that when we lived about 10mins from him I never did anything to my truck. Now that I need some help with the tools he has I'm an hour and a half out.

Well I just checked out their website and it says that NAPA carries it. Just so happen to have one of those in town so maybe I'll make a stop in there today.

Picked up a bottle of the PB Blaster from NAPA and went to town on those bolts. Rustfilled drips of the stuff just came pouring down as I sprayed. I'm going to give it a few good more blasts of this stuff before I take out all the bolts again, but I'm hoping this helps me out, it seemed to be working.

heres a thought.... you could cut the suckers off. and then, once u remove the seats, drill out the holes and re-tap them. tho this would be some what of a real bitsh since the bolts are most likely hardened steal so the drill bit with want to wander. but, it is a thought.

Didn't get a chance to do anything with it yet, got called into work yesterday and I haven't slept yet. It's 8:40AM as of right now so I'm going to sleep and I'll see what happens with the bolts tomorrow or today or whatever the hell day it is when I wake back up.
