Removing Door Panels (for speaker replacement)

I am wanting to put a new system in my 99 ranger extended cab. If there are any people who have removed the door panels before and have any tips I'd love to hear them. My speakers are behind my door panels in my front doors, and both rear small extended cab doors. I could figure it out but I know you all could probably save me loads of time and headache as usual. Thanks

If you have crank windows you have to take the screw out of the window crank. It has a cover that you have to pop up. It won't come off you just have to pop it up and turn it. Then take all the screw out and pull up then toward you on the panel. There are 2(i think) that hold the door handle insert to the panel then there are 2(i think) screw behind that. There there is one screw at the lower right hand corner(passenger) and lower left hand corner(driver) of the door panel. I haven't had them off for a while but I'm pretty sure that is all the screws.
