Interior cargo cover

Hi there, I noticed that some of the older Ford Rangers have a cargo cover mounted on the rear cab wall. Does anyone know what MY Rangers had this? It’s a nifty option that I just discovered. Thanks!

There are to slots on the sides that seem to be for a pull out cover
