No, thats a Explorer overhead console. Which you can install as well and is a great modification
Kinda see it in this picture in my old ranger, this is with the expo auto-dim mirror as well.
The dome light looks like this:
I prefer the looks of the mustang domelight, the explorer one will work just as well though.

You need the mounting bracket, have to cut into your headliner, wire it up, and wire in a temp sensor on your frame next to the engine bay. But all that said, its a great mod and I have loved mine since I put it in. Do it
Edit: Here is a link to a how to. There are several how to's and I believe the wiring is somewhat different for some years.

If you go with the overhead console, make sure you get the one *without* the sunroof switch...the contour of the roof is different and you'll get a better fit with the non-sunroof model. your photo shows the sunroof model (with the switch).
You can also install the Mustang Convertible dome light, which is part of the rearview mirror. They all wire in the same way...3 wires: 1 ground, 1 constant (for map lights), 1 dome feed (when door is open)
Here's a picture of the rear view mirror setup that I did.

Came across this on ebay....
Seems to have a lot of stuff with it, although the price seems a bit high...

It is the same color as my interior i'm pretty sure...

I have an 08 Ranger, So I'd need one in the light tan color with the GREEN display
here's some pics of my interior so you can get an idea what it looks like
Of course I'd like to also get all the hardware (including temp sensor if possible) and as much wiring as I can
Also, as a side note, because mine is an 08, where are these other wiring spots (for dimming the display and the speed sensor and stuff) located? I know the difference in the wire colors, however I am still confused as to where the wires are physically located that I have to tap into
I am also wondering where in the firewall the temp sensor should be pushed through to go to the frame?
The wiring part is the area I am most worried about. Although I know how to solder, I am a little apprehensive about splicing into the factory harnesses
Thanks

That's not to say that they don't exist, I have just never seen them.

It may be worth it for peace of mind and to ensure it is done right. They can figure out which wire to tap into for you...those places have a database of every year of every car and every wire, including speed sensor.
If i were you, and I wasn't that confident, I'd just let someone else do it. It's not that hard.

I've never seen them in blue, only shades of green. Some of them are greener than others, that I noticed, but none in blue. These consoles were from the 1990's Explorer and greenish LCD displays were pretty much the norm in those.
