Check eBay. There are a couple of vendors that sell color-matched repair kits for the Ex console lids. The cracking is a very common problem.

I recovered my console lid using a piece of black Naugahyde from a fabric store. It was a little thick and hard to work with.

I think the ready-made kits on eBay use a thinner vinyl material similar to the original.

what year is your truck? that almost looks like the light grey, but it's hard to tell.

Recovering is the best way to go. I recovered mine with black vinyl.

Check around your local fabric stores. Some vinyl is alot thicker than others, but that's not always the best way to go since it will be much harder to work with.

I recommend going for a semi-thick, stretchy vinyl.

I recovered mine using black vinyl type material from a fabric store. It was super easy and cost under 5 dollars, came out really great as well.

I picked up the set from Redlinegoods.com. I got both the shifter boot and cover for the lid... I think its worth the money for the quality. Thats another option.
