You sir, have standard 98+ XL/Edge/Sport door panels. They only come in non-power options.

Here's the other two panels found on 98+'s. These are found in XLT in standard or the optional power options. They are also found in Edge/Sport(when optioned w/ power). I know I've seen them but am unsure on years, but the lower pocket area is upholstered on 98-99 models *i think*. The 'handle' portion pictured is 98-07. 08 they changed some stuff(more on that later)

98-02 have perforated vinyl above the armrest.

03+ have carpet that match the rear seats and front seats. Note: I will reshoot this pic...only one I got ATM

'08+, Ford changed the style of the grab handle and switches. I will try and locate 08+ Manual XLT door panels for pics later...but it may be possible there are NO manual XLT door panels found on 08+'s.

Oh yeah, Mike...

If you ever wanted to upgrade to XLT manual doors, the swap is fairly simple. Find some '00+ Dark grey Ranger panels. You'll have a 90 degree sheet metal bracket to remove. Then mount up your new panel. You'll have to predrill with a tiny bit or use tiny self tappers to make your new screw holes. Your panel now only uses 2 or 3 screws in total....the other *better* panels use 4.....the panels only share 1 screw location.

I think we *had* a how-to on it. But I'll make one whenever my brother lets me upgrade his XL with these panels I got him a loooooong time ago. lol.

Marie has always wanted to swap to the '07 and earlier style because she doesn't like the grab handle "cup" on her '08. But I think she's changed her mind. I never got around to poppin' the panel apart to compare the switch backsides. Even got the earlier model switches to compare to.

Oh....something neat about those '08+'s, they're lighted.

You've got a maz w/ manuals too.....but it's the Maz equivilent to XL....Base truck. So of course it's got the boring panels. Whatever the Maz equivilent to XLT is would be what I'm talking about. Time to hit the classifieds and cardomain! lol.

I know when I almost ordered a '09 Duratec Sport 2wd, power options were standard. I just don't know if they were standard for '08 non-XL's or what. lol.

So have we decided if these will fit an ’03 with all power ?
Looks close,
There are no ‘08s in the JY so i can’t do a test fit.

Hey...no clue on interchangeability. The panel itself looks to be an easy as pie swap and making it fit looks easy. Just a piece of 90 degree sheetmetal similar to the 'basic' door panels that the OP has. I may find out next weekend...I've got access to an '08 that weekend and possibly a power door 07 and older truck. so...we'll see...

In regards to '08+ MANUAL XLT door panels.....they are THE SAME as '03-'07 manual XLT doors. Just like mine I posted above. Craigslist ads helped me solve that question.....here's just two of the like dozen examples I found....
