Another Seat Swap Question. Guidance needed.

After a few hours of searching, I have yet to come up with the answer I need. I hope you guru's can lend me some advice.

I own a 1996 Ford Ranger XL Regular Cab. The truck came with a bench seat, not a 60/40, a bench. Needless to say it is awful condition and I need something different.

In my ignorance I went to the nearest junk yard and pulled a nice set of 60/40 seats from an extended cab. Obviously this didn't work. So I returned them to get some from a regular cab but all of my options were in pretty bad shape.

So, I am wondering what other options I have to directly swap into my truck (make/model/years). I don't want to swap tracks because my bench seat track limits the versatility of both buckets and 60/40 seats.

FOR THE RECORD: I noticed a nice set of buckets in an Escort (94-96 I think) at the junkyard and was hoping these would swap directly. Any help/guidance/advice would be greatly appreciated.

you won't be able to swap anything in until you get a set of 93-97 reg cab tracks. you will need to drill two holes per seat in order to do buckets or 60/40. once you get your tracks, use this list.
