So I'm driving home last night when all of the sudden my radio, and wipers go out. Thinking that it's a fuse, I checked the fuses and bam I've got a blown 20a and 7.5a. I replace them thinking this will solve the problem but nope. And just my luck it started to rain today. So if someone could point me in the right direction it would be appreciated. And yes I checked all of my fuses again even the ones under the hood and their all good.

Scroll down to Roadside Emergencies page 198. Look at which fuses were blown and provide the associated fuse number/description to aid in diagnosis.
