Expect more stickies and other info!
A few of you (ok, most of you) are probably wondering, “How in the world did someone with a Chevy Corvette become a moderator on a Ford Ranger Forum?”
In order to answer that question, I have to touch on a few reasons.
First and foremost, Christian is my friend and knows I am “somewhat” capable of holding my own when it comes to wiring up things.
Secondly, I use to own a 1996 Eddie Bauer Explorer nicknamed “Cmeglow.” Maybe some of you have seen my old SUV on the internet. If not, here are a few pictures of what I did to it (you don’t have to tell me I went overboard; I know I did):
And in order to get all of that this is what I had to do….
Lastly, I continue to do installs on cars, whether they are on my Z06, Landrover, or friends.
Hence, all of those pictures to say, that if ya’ll have ANY questions concerning wiring up things, please let me know!

Currently, the 2002-4 Z06's are the fastest made Corvette, with people obtaining high 11 1/4 times in completely stock form (yes they are amazing drivers, but it shows the capabilities nonetheless).
The 94 you are talking about is most likely a ZR-1.
The most powerful ZR-1's were indeed built in 93-4, with 405hp, 385tq. So right there it is less tq than the current Z06. However, the ZR-1 had a curb weight of 3,500 pounds, vs. the Z06's 3,100. Thus while they hp, tq, and weight are somewhat similar, the newer Z06's will indeed edge out the ZR-1's.

Yep, he's got the ZR-1, I wasn't talking about how fast it is in the quarter...but rather how fast it went for 4 days straight. Here's the scoop...
1994 ZR-1, LT5 V-8 405 HP 6 speed loaded black beauty. 1 of 448 built. Life does begin at 180 MPH! It is referred to as the "King of the hill!" (1/448 Record set-177mph for straight 4 days!) No vehicle at any price can match the endurance records the ZR-1 holds. On September 2, 1994 the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, Kentucky opened it's doors after years of planning.
The '94 was essentially a carry over from the '93's, but 2 new colors were added: Admiral Blue and Copper Metallic. A new option was extended mobility tires. They would drive up to 500 miles with zero air pressure.
This option was installed on 2781 Vettes.
