Unknown cause of battery drain

After having the service center check for a voltage leak, and checked all fuses and relays we have not been able to identify the cause..Is there any suggestions before I put in a battery bypass...?

Have you felt all the relays under the dash (directly under the steering column and waay up there hidden) and felt if they're warm at least 2 hours after using the truck? Under the plastic cover...?

I had a relay sticking or bad GEM module in my 2001. I switched out the GEM with a spare I had and the problem was solved, but I'd also switched out relays during the process. So I didn't learn much about what was really bad.
