Stupid horn...

Well, when i went muddin a few weeks ago i got one of my horns clogged with mud. My autotech teacher told me to soak them in hot water, which worked. This past tuesday, i went again, and again, it got clogged. I did the same thing but when i put it back on it was still clogged, then it blew a fuse. My horns, Pwr locks, and remote thingy dont work. Im going tomarrow to get a new fuse but does anyone have ony suggestions about fixxin the horn and keepin it from being clogged?
