Rough idle and maybe blown head gasket?

I’m sitting in my truck while it’s idling after I put some gasket sealer in the radiator and it’s idling rougher than crap and it occasionally gets to a point where it dies and I have to restart it. Any advice or anything I should check?

????

Was the engine over heating before, it will with a blown head gasket, FOR SURE

It will also blow out "sweet" smelling white smoke from the exhaust

If thats what you had then you may have fouled spark plugs from coolant, so you will need to pull and clean the spark plugs, replace any that look "funny" or are dark brown
T^he spark plug in the cylinder with the bad gasket will be "steam cleaned" white, replace it as well

It sounds like a 4 cylinder with the exhaust cut off honestly it’s the 4.0 V6

as I was driving the check engine light was flashing and it was shaking bad
