Alright you tried starting fluid and it still did not start. Alright what that means is you have no spark young one. check all fuses coil pack(s) and injector signal by using the 12v test light mentioned above. One thing to remember your truck has TWO fuel pumps the in tank pump could have died un plug the pump on the frame and turn the key on and listen for the other pump.
