Radio, OHC and Power Windows quit working.

So, I finished the OHC and auto mirror install. I made sure everything was working for a day or two before I put everything back together. Thanks to the guys in my other thread, I figured out the problem with my mirror. So everything was working, so I put the knee panels back. I think I may have pinched a wire when I screwed the metal panel back in b/c my radio, ohc and power windows are no longer working. I took everything back off, and saw the wire from the ohc to the radio had lost some of the protective rubber, but it was still intact. So I replaced that section of wire, but I still couldn't get it working. I checked the radio and PW fuses, and they are fine. Does anyone know what else I should check?

Everything worked fine until I tried reattaching the metal knee panel. I didn't wire anything to the gem.
