Icon5 A Parts Interchange Question or Two

Vehicle: 2004 Ford Ranger XLT 4x2 Super Cab
Subject: Possible front disc brakes interchange?

The 4x2 2004 Ranger has the wheel bearing hub and disc rotor cast and machined as a single piece.
Q1: In later model year(s) did the 4x2 Ranger come with the separate front wheel bearings hubs and rotors similar to the 4x4 Rangers?
Q2: If answer to Q1 is "yes", can the later separate bearings hubs and rotors be fitted to the earlier years without replacing the spindles?
Q2.1: Will the early and late spindles interchange?

Many thanks to the experts on this board! You guys are the best!

As far as I am aware, all 4x2 Rangers after the TTB system was removed are all "spindle-rotor" designs.

Q1: Nope, all the same from 1998-2011. The only thing that changed was the size of the rotors (and one or two related parts) around 2003.

Q2 and Q2.1: See above.
