The code number will tell you which sensor is reporting a problem.

code number is 176, not sure if that is passenger side or drivers side sensor.

Driver side.

Code 176 = Oxygen sensor not switching - system is or was lean Left or Front HO2S - Fuel control

U know in my experience O2 sensors dont normally go bad on Fords, I would clean the MAF and reset the code. Atleast my experence with lean codes.

Most of the time, an oxygen sensor related code indicates that there is some kind of fuel control problem that the O2 sensor cannot compensate for. Vacuum leak, unmetered air, MAF error - whatever. However, the sensors do get lazy at higher miles like this truck has and that can cause a code as well. So, in this case, I think it could go either way.
