Need help: Power Window with OEM switches

I am trying to wire SPAL power windows using OEM switches. I'm totally lost! I know I've seen posts by people that did it but can't find them. Does anyone have a wiring diagram on how to do it. I have the Ford diagrams, but my truck is not wired for power accesories. I have the bezels/switches with long pigtails so they have the factory color codes. The SPAL motors just have 2 wires which require positive and negative wires to be reversed for up and down.

Thanks, but your thread and diagram is for power locks, not windows!
