misfiring then o/d light flashing with p0715 code

i researched the code, turbine speed sensor, now i have been having issues with the truck with a misfire and do to work my time on the truck has been limited to find the problem, but driving home from work at 55 mph in o/d it upshifted started flashing the o/d light and my ultra gauge picked up the alarm, inwhich i got the code. i believe with the misfire and being in o/d in a low speed that is what caused and overload and why it upshifted, because a minute later it stopped flashing (i was still traveling on the highway) the tranny is less then 8k miles since rebuild and the misfire has me baffled, i changed coil pack and wires, and last week the c/e light flashed showing a misfire, but i cleared the codes after the wire replacement and it hasnt come back on since but the misfire is still there, i plan to pulll the plugs which are less then a month old to check for fouling, but im stumped and seems to be everything i researched isnt helping, so someone here might see the same problem? or have a fix, im praying its not injectors but at 186k i wouldnt be surprised, i got a 01 3.0 mazda any input would truly be appreciated

Check your injectors my old truck showed similar symptoms when my fuel injectors were dirty.
