How do I replace dead LED's in cruise control pod?

The LED's in the ON/OFF pod for my cruise control have gone out. Can anyone enlighten me on how I should go about fixing them?

Thanks!

Unless they were modified, they don't HAVE LED's, they have bulbs. There's info on my Cardomain site about putting LED's in them so you never have to worry about it burning out again.
