Front Bumper Valence / Fog Lamp Question

I am in the process of adding OEM-style (square) foglamps to my '04. I believe there is a filler panel that surrounds these lamps, but I've been to a couple of dealers and they don't show anything on their assembly drawings. I know the part exists because I've seen it on foglamp-equipped trucks, but without a part number the dealer can't help me get a set of these. I was hoping someone with foglamps can take a look behind their bumper and see if they can get a part number off these plastic pieces.

Yeah it looks like you do have to cut it or get a whole new fog light valance.

Did they offer the edge/4x4 bumper w/o foglites?? Like the '08s?

Do you have a 2wd or 4wd truck?? Need more info on your truck, bro. I posted the pics to show it's a completely different bumper between 2wd no fog vs. 4x4/EDGE w/ fog. There'll be cutting and fabbing. Better off getting a used 4x4 valence with the holes and all that already there. That "filler panel" you are talking about is molded into the valence. But...I'm working on the info i got.

But it's still the same actual bumper as a XLT 2wd, correct?

its a grey area.. seen 2003 with XLT 2wd valance on 4x4 value rangers.. then in 04 mostly it was the 4x4 valance with no fogs..if memory serves right there is just a delete plate bolted into the 4x4 valance on 04..

Here's what I have

I got the window sticker from the guy I bought the truck from. It is an XLT Supercab 4x4 Value Edition. The only listed option is Air Conditioning. In th e place where the foglamps would normally be are two plastic "mesh" look filler panels that can be popped out. I am hoping that someone can tell me that there is a filler panel available with a square hole for the lens, and what the part number is. I suppose I could carefully cut a hole in these fillers, but it probably will look hack.
