Flasher mod: cant find thread

i would say less then 3 weeks ago someone else asked for help with the side marker mod, and i saw it and decided to do it when i got some time. Now i have time and can't find the thread. The one on this site had pics of the wires and everything. I even tried to search for every topic with the word mod in it since i have been on the site (i would have look at every topic but you have to put a word in there) if someone happens to remember the title or any of the guys that posted in it please let me know

thanks daniel

What mod are you talking about.....I don't remember a side marker mod. Rob99 has turnsignals on his fender. Some others have the mirror mounted turnsignals, like me:

Here's the how-to from G-E.info:
http://generation-edge.info/topic.as...or,turn,signal

OR....is it the blinker mod??? Where the side marker is converted to flash with the turnsignal w/ lites off, and w/ lites on the side marker flashes alternately with the signal.???

Are you thinking about the blinker mod? The one that makes the side-marked corner light flash with the turnsignals?

It's simple...

Cut one wire and tap it into the turnsignal hot. You hook the ground from the corner light into the turn-signal hot.

There is a how-to on the site, I think. Actually, I think it's mine. I know I did one, but who knows if it got used.

I have also done the thrid brake lite mod too....it's quite easy. Herdest part removing the inside c-pillar piece to route the wires nicely.
