Coolant system help please

I hope this is the right section. I hope that I am doing this right from what I was instructed. I am trying to check if my radiator is clogged. I took off the radiator cap, started the engine and the coolant that was in there started to flow out the fill spout a little and when it got low enough it stopped flowing out the fill spout. does that mean that my radiator is clogged or does that mean that it is not clogged and is running fine?. my truck doesn't overheat or anything like that, just wanna make sure because that last owner mistreated the truck and there was alot of neglect. please help and explain this if you can.

Ain't sure about the clogging part, but you might now have an air bubble in your system

The coolant will not move until the thermostat opens. So it just came out the top when the cap was off.
