Blend door actuator

okay my climate control was stuck on HOT temp...
I checked the actuator, the D shaped shaft is alright, but the actuator isnt moving when i turn the temp switch (yeah...i got power on).

From here I see 2 options: bad actuator, or bad wiring.
Can someone tell me which fuses to look for ? (everything else seems to work fine...)

I've also noticed that I can rotate the blend door by hand (on top of the box), but it doesnt rotate that much.... just about 20 degrees or so. How much is it supposed to rotate ?? Because if it's supposed to go like...50-60 degrees, maybe I got something stuck, which may have caused my actuator to fail.... is there a way to open up that damn thing ?? I don't wanna tear all the dash apart.

I know that's alot of questions.... sorry guys, but summer's coming, and I don't wanna roll windowns down.... I gotta fix that.

Sorry for the lack of info, I just made my signature after writing that thread.
As you'll read, it's a 07, and i got no idea where i could get the manual from...

For the actuator....I think I'll try to get a new one at the dealer, plug it in and test..... that'll at least exclude some options.
