96 Ranger flashing airbag code 4-4

Hello! Looking for some help from those fortunate enough to have service manuals... I have a 96 ranger that I'm in the process of selling, but it's got an air bag code I'd like to fix first.

It's flashing a 4-4... and I can't for the life of me figure out what that means.

Once that's fixed, I'll diagnose the check engine light and we'll be good to go. :)

TIA.

Airbag codes are not standardized like OBDII codes are. They vary from year to year and model to model. So this is a guess.

I've seen a few mid-90's Ford charts that show a code 44. Those charts seem to agree:
Code 44 = RH Primary Crash Sensor Not Mounted to Vehicle Properly.

The crash sensor connector is on the lower radiator support.

code 44 - Right Hand primary crash sensor not mounted to vehicle properly or ground circuit open.

and it says its located:

The Right Primary Crash Sensor is located at the right front of the vehicle, on the RH front of the lower radiator support.

lemme know if i can help with anything else, i have access to Alldata

edit: bob beat me to it
