2004 Door panel removal

Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum and have a question. It seems google is not my friend today. I found two similar threads but not one that can help me out, so maybe someone here can throw me a life jacket. I'm trying to get the door panels off my '04 ranger and know the trick is with the manual window cranks, I'm just not sure how to pop them off, I'm nervous that I will break them. If any one has diagrams or pictures I will appreciate it greatly!

pop the cover from the side that doesnt have the **** on it with a little screw driver. behind that cover on the pivot point, there is a hole with a torx head screw in it. Remove that bolt and then simply slide the crank off. there is also a screw on the bottom back corner on the door panel, 2 on the part u pull to close the door and one behind that piece.

Thank you. I saw a video of how to do it, but wasn't sure if my cranks were the same because they required quite a bit of force to pop with a flat-head. I'll be installing some aftermarket speakers up front probably next week, I threw a pair of memphis speakers in the back along with a 10" kicker cvr104. I'm contemplating switching it for a 12" Solobaric L7 I have, but that might shatter all the glass lol.
