P1451 p1409 and all three O 2 sencer codes keep returning

Replaced maf ,both egr modules , iac, both evap canisters, all three O2 Sencors and the gas cap
One of the o2 sencor wires were grounded on exhaust?

Welcome to the forum

Stop replacing parts you are making it worse

What were the O2 sensor codes?

Ignore EVAP code for now

EGR p1409 code as well

Common issue on the 4.0l SOHC engines(2001-2012 rangers) were the PCV Valve vacuum hoses, especially at the elbows
Have a look here: https://www.ranger-forums.com/4-0l-o...mon-cel-93776/

Sensors rarely fail, 90% of replaced sensors were working just fine.
The fact you get a code usually means the sensor is working or you wouldn't get the code.
If a code says a sensor is reading high or low, then sensor is working, code is to let you know that something is wrong causing the high or low reading, not that the sensor is bad

Most problems are mechanical, i.e. air leaks, wiring issues, not bad sensors
