Won't turn over leaks gas

OK, turns over means starts to you right?
turns over means starter motor is turning engine or not turning engine to me.
So from what I am reading starter motor works but engine wouldn't start.
You then added gas or starting fluid to intake and engine started, but died, so you have spark but no fuel from fuel system.
And you also noticed gas leaking down from top of gas tank once engine started.
My guess would be the fuel line at the top of the gas tank is broken.
So no gas is getting up to the engine and no start.
Ford fuel pumps only run when engine is running, each time you turn on the key the fuel pump will run for 2 seconds, but thats it, it won't run again until engine starts.
So when you started the engine by manually adding fuel the fuel pump came on full time and fuel started leaking out the break in the line

RonD was nice to you in responding to your unclear fuzzy post. Please read what you wrote and try editing your post so that it makes sense. Remember, we have no idea what you are actually trying to say other than guessing as RonD so kindly did. Try using complete sentences with one thought per sentence and punctuation between sentences and capital letters at the beginning of sentences....just like they probably tried to teach you in grade school.
