Who wants some more pep in their 4-speed auto?

I've got a B&M Shift Plus Electronic Shift Improver laying in front of me. I hate to let it go, because it was so valuable to me when I didn't have any power in the truck (i.e. 2.5L).

Mods, please understand my urgency in wanting to make money quickly for the swap...

Well....Since I'm parting things out and trying to make the money to fund the project, I figured I would offer this to my best online buds before advertising it publicly.

It's very easy and quick to install, just splice two wires under the hood and mount the switch. I can tell you everything you need to know about the installation, since I not only installed it, but also "uninstalled" it.

Please, MAKE AN OFFER.

It didn't effect mileage at all. It operates by increasing the shift solenoid pressure slightly to decrease stall time between shifts, and firm up the actual shift. Since it doesn't mess with the engine, it doesn't effect fuel efficiency.

I got this one brand new on special order for $49.99. It has two stages. Stage one is a slightly firmer shift, and stage two really slams you back into your seat!

Well it is specified for the F-150 auto tranny. However, it also works on the Ranger's auto tranny. Basically any electronic controlled 4-speed will work.

If someone can verify it will work for mine, I'll probably take it. 4r44e

I'm a big dork - I just realized it will work with the 302's tranny.
