I'm with you. All of the above, plus a nice leather option, factory HIDs, and the crew cab option that still retains the 6' bed.

I usually wonder that each time you post.
anyhow, while they are different its about the same, i mean a ranger with 4 doors, your bed is going to be worthless just like the Sport trac. I just dont see the need in making a 4 door ranger, but thats what you guys would want i guess, no need to start a argument lol..

I believe you are in minority around here not wanting a crew cab Ranger

Hell even the new Naturally Aspirated v6 would be great to have. Also a diesel option would be ****.

Cut the entire back half off, then bolt in new rear section already fabbed up. Some of us just don't have the time/skill.
Just sayin'

Do you realize how F'n ugly that would be?
Personally, I think crew cabs with real short beds are ugly, never mind fairly useless as a pickup. That's one of the reasons I don't like the Sport Tracs.

more dedication form the R&D team and upper brass at ford.
lets face it from the other thread that mike made asking what trail pig he should buy. the technology in todays' ranger is 10 years old. today's ranger should be at 250 horses and close to 300 ft/lbs. whether in v8 form or forced air v6. there is a market, ford knows this but its politics that killed it. they want to sell more f-150s here. to do that they need to offer more options.
unfortunately no matter how many "wish" threads we make or how many petitions we sign, th ranger is dead.
stock pile parts while you can....
